Title Tag Optimisation: Updated all pages with impactful title tags to enhance search engine visibility.
Meta Description Optimisation: Crafted compelling meta descriptions for every page, designed to boost click-through rates.
Keyword Integration: Seamlessly integrated strategic keywords into page headings to improve SEO performance.
Proposed Keyword Body Text Changes: Analysed the content and suggested edits to naturally incorporate relevant keywords.

Collaborative Process: Worked closely with the client via Google Docs to ensure all changes aligned with their expectations.
Social Media Integration: Added links to Neon VA’s social profiles, creating a connected and engaging online presence.
Elementor Usage: Utilised the Elementor page builder to craft a visually appealing and highly functional layout.

Neon & Co (formerly Neon VA) approached me again a few months after our first project. As their direction evolved, they decided to shift away from virtual assistant services to a fully rebranded identity and new suite of offerings.
Here’s how I supported them:
Brand Transition Support: Guided the client through rebranding away from "Virtual Assistant" references, including strategic copy updates, domain transition support, and logo integration.
Domain & Email Migration: Recommended and supported a move to Cloudflare for domain and email hosting, ensuring a smoother backend and cost-effective setup.
New Pricing Page: Created a centralised pricing page, linking from all services to improve transparency and support internal linking for SEO and user flow.
Scheduling Integration: Advised and embedded Calendly, enhancing their booking process with direct CTAs.
Copy & SEO Refresh: Updated homepage and service messaging to reflect the client’s current offerings and improve organic search visibility.
Newsletter Signup: Added a styled sign-up block with layout suggestions, enhancing lead capture and engagement.
