Strategic Rebrand & Squarespace Development for Sage Strategy

After successfully delivering projects for three of Heather’s own clients, she reached out to me for a project closer to home. Having seen the quality and technical precision I brought to her client work, Heather entrusted me with the creation of her new digital home as she pivoted her business toward Sage Strategy.

The goal was to transition from her previous consulting model to a more focused, "stillpoint" approach to business growth. She needed a website that didn’t just list services, but embodied the calm, clarity, and steady rhythm of her new methodology.

What I Delivered for Sage Strategy:

Strategic Website Design & Setup I developed a responsive website design that ensures a seamless experience across all devices. This included a comprehensive homepage featuring a dedicated "About Me" section to establish Heather’s credibility and personal approach. To ensure a professional finish, I implemented a custom 404 error page and managed the full domain setup to ensure a smooth transition from her old digital identity.

Advanced Service & Store Integration To support Heather’s business pivot, I built a dedicated Services Overview page. This serves as a strategic hub for her introductory offerings and products, complemented by detailed product pages. These pages clearly articulate the value of her methodology, making it easy for potential clients to understand how to engage with her.

Systeme.io Funnels & Custom Embeds A vital part of the project was the strategic setup of Systeme.io funnels to power Heather’s lead generation. I designed and built the funnels to align with the brand’s aesthetic and created custom embeds to integrate these forms directly within the Squarespace environment. This allows for a high-conversion, frictionless signup process while keeping the user fully immersed in the Sage Strategy brand.

Conversion-Focused Contact & Scheduling Recognising that Heather’s time is her most valuable asset, I integrated a dedicated Contact Page featuring a seamless Calendly integration. This allows clients to book one-to-one sessions and workshops directly, removing friction from the acquisition process. I also implemented a custom contact form to streamline general enquiries.

On-Site SEO & Technical Compliance Visibility and accessibility were core priorities. I performed standard on-site SEO to ensure Sage Strategy ranks for relevant business strategy terms. Additionally, I managed the implementation of Privacy and Cookie policies and ensured the site met modern accessibility standards, protecting both the brand and its users.

Professional Infrastructure & Branding Collaboration I handled the setup of Heather’s professional Google Workspace email to ensure all client communications are cohesive and branded. A key part of this project was the creative collaboration with Antonia of Renard & Fable. I worked closely with Antonia to ensure that her visual branding was translated perfectly into the Squarespace environment, maintaining strict brand consistency across typography and colour palettes.

Building on the trust established through our previous collaborations on her client projects, we were able to move swiftly to bring Heather’s own vision to life. The Sage Strategy website now reflects not only her strategic excellence but also the technical precision required to be discoverable and credible.
