Poetry for Coaching – Wix Website with BookVault Integration

Heather Vincent and her client, the diverse Poetry for Coaching team, approached me with a vision: to create a collaborative online space that would showcase their new book of poetry, celebrate their creative community, and offer a welcoming digital experience for clients and readers alike. They needed a central hub for storytelling, team introductions, and book promotion, one that reflected their values of inclusion, creativity, and connection.

After a free discovery call, I developed a detailed, paid proposal to build a responsive Wix website that would honour their ethos and integrate BookVault for seamless book access. The result was a vibrant, accessible website that supports their outreach goals and invites deeper engagement with their audience.

What I Delivered for Poetry for Coaching:

Responsive Wix Website Build I designed and built a fully responsive website using the Wix platform, tailored to reflect the team’s collaborative spirit and showcase their creative work. The site structure was crafted to support storytelling, community engagement, and book promotion, while remaining easy to manage and scalable for future growth.

BookVault Integration & Setup Support A key part of this project was integrating BookVault to promote and sell the team’s collaborative poetry book. I:

• Embedded a direct link to their BookVault product page for seamless access.

• Scheduled a dedicated video call to walk the team through BookVault’s backend setup.

• Provided tailored guidance on configuring shipping rates, helping them understand UK and international options.

• Offered clarity on fulfilment settings, pricing visibility, and how to manage future updates independently.

This hands-on support ensured the team felt confident using BookVault as a sustainable sales platform.

Content & Accessibility Support I provided clear guidance on word count, image selection, and SEO keyword strategy to ensure the site was both discoverable and inclusive. Where needed, I helped adapt and edit copy to reflect the team’s voice and values, ensuring emotional resonance and clarity throughout.

Poetry for Coaching now has a professional, welcoming online home that celebrates their creative work and invites meaningful connection.
